THERE{4} Gathering is a ministry determined to equip teen girls to know Jesus personally, walk confidently in His truth, and boldly live out their faith in the world around them.
THERE{4} Gathering is a ministry determined to equip high school girls to know Jesus personally, walk confidently in His truth, and boldly live out their faith in the world around them.
THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME
THERE{4} Gathering was founded in 2015 with a mission of inspiring the next generation of girls to boldly live out their identity in Christ. This only happens when high school girls believe what God says about them more than what the world is saying. The word "therefore" is a catalytic word in the Bible, urging readers to live in light of truth. Consider a few of these "therefore" verses:
Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold.
2 Corinthians 3:12
Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

How T{4} Began
In 2012, Tiffany Daniels attended a national teen conference with her daughter, an experience that deeply impacted them both. Inspired by the transformation she witnessed, Tiffany was committed to bringing her daughter and friends back each year. However, when she learned the conference would be discontinued, she searched for a similar event—only to find none.
THE BEGINNING OF A VISION
With a growing conviction that teen girls needed a space to encounter God in a powerful way, Tiffany took a leap of faith. In 2015, with the support of an incredible board, THERE{4} Teen Gathering became a nonprofit organization. The first conference launched in February 2016, and from that moment, its impact began to grow.
Since its inception, THERE{4} has reached over 20,000 girls through in-person conferences across the U.S., Africa, and Mexico, and thousands more worldwide via livestream. Every year, more than 100 dedicated volunteers come together with the THERE{4} Leadership team to bring this transformative experience to life.
What started as a step of faith has become a movement, equipping and inspiring young women to boldly live out their faith.

Since 2016, God has used THERE{4} Teen Gathering’s 12 conferences (10 in the USA and 6 Internationally in Rwanda, Uganda and Mexico) to reach tens of thousands of girls in all 50 states and more than 25 countries worldwide via livestream.

What We Believe
We believe Jesus is fully God and perfectly man.
OUR FOUNDATION
We believe He died on the cross for our sins and was raised to new life.
We believe Jesus is the second Person of the Trinity—one God in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each fully God.
We believe God's grace is powerful and beautiful, able to save all people who are separated from Him by sin.
We believe faith is the only response to Jesus’ finished sacrifice.
We believe that by placing our trust in Jesus and His completed work, God saves sinners and declares us righteous.

Tiffany Daniels is the Founder and Executive Director of THERE{4} Gathering, a nonprofit ministry she launched in 2015 after recognizing the need for a gospel-centered conference created specifically for high school girls. With more than 30 years of ministry experience serving college students, teens, and women, Tiffany is passionate about helping the next generation discover their identity in Christ and boldly live out their faith. Under her leadership, THERE{4} has grown from a single conference into an international ministry that has impacted tens of thousands of girls through conferences across the United States, Africa, and Mexico, while reaching even more through livestream around the world. Over the past several years, she has been involved with God Behind Bars and is passionate about reaching incarcerated women as well. Tiffany has a BA in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and brings both visionary leadership and creative excellence to every aspect of the ministry. Above all, she is driven by a desire for girls around the world to know that they are seen, known, deeply loved by God, and created with purpose.

Kim serves as Director of Client Relations & Brand Management for Gideon Toal Management Services, LLC, bringing more than 40 years of experience in human resources, communications, and marketing. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership roles with organizations including Kitty Hawk, Worldwide Flight Services/AMR Services, and American Airlines, leading initiatives in human resources, corporate communications, marketing, and employee relations. She has extensive experience building organizational culture, managing brand strategy, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. Kim is actively involved in several professional and nonprofit organizations, including SHRM, Leadership Irving/Las Colinas, and Africa New Life, where she serves as a Dream Ambassador. She is also honored to serve on the Board of Directors for THERE{4} Gathering, supporting its mission to equip the next generation of young women to know and live out their identity in Christ.

Janice Gaines is a Stellar and Dove Award-nominated recording artist and speaker. A seminary graduate with a Masters of Divinity, she is a sought-after teacher with a passion for seeing people reconciled to God, and to each other. Janice and her husband, EJ Gaines, live in Tennessee with their two sons.

Andrea loves Jesus, family, and children. She began her career in education in 1996 as a teacher’s assistant in Maryland and has since dedicated her professional life to supporting families, students, & teachers. Currently, she serves as a K–6 principal, where she works to create a positive learning environment that supports students’ academic and spiritual growth. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Morgan State University and later obtained a Master of Science in Human Resources with a concentration in Educational Leadership from Towson University. In 2023 Andrea joined the THERE{4} family as a board member and is honored to contribute to its mission and impact.

Andrea Evans

Suzette serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations across the United States, Mexico, and Africa. She is the director and owner of Lions Heart Academy, a Christian American school in central Mexico dedicated to providing an excellent education while sharing the hope of the Gospel. Suzette is also the co-owner of Saddleback Leather Co. and the founder and co-owner of Love 41, a premium leather goods company with a purpose-driven mission. Alongside her husband, Dave, she helped build Saddleback on a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and a passion for loving people well. Inspired by a trip to Rwanda, where she witnessed the overwhelming needs of widows, orphans, and vulnerable children, Suzette founded Love 41, donating all net profits to organizations serving those communities. Her passion is using business as a platform to create lasting products, transform lives, and invite others to make a meaningful impact.

THERE{4} GATHERING
The THERE{4} Teen Board is made up of 25 girls in grades 10–12 from a variety of schools, churches, and backgrounds. They meet regularly to discuss cultural topics, help shape conference content, contribute to social media, raise scholarship funds, and lead in their communities.
Teen Board members play a key role in keeping THERE{4} relevant and impactful.
