THERE{4} Teen Board
We are looking for passionate and hardworking 10th–12th grade girls to join our THERE{4} Teen Board Team for the 2025–2026 conference season, September through March.
From July 1–19, we will be accepting applications and we’d love for you to consider joining us! If you’re looking to grow in your faith and are ready to be encouraged, challenged, and poured into, please fill out the application below. Once submitted, we’ll be in touch with more information about next steps.
We’re committed to investing in you—spiritually, and in your growth as a leader and servant. Along with building lasting friendships and having tons of fun, you’ll also get to share creative input for THERE{4} 2026. Please submit two email contacts for letters of recommendation—we’ll send the request directly to your contact.
Applicants must be local (within 15-20 minutes) to Arlington, Texas in order to apply.
Applications close July 19 at midnight.

WHAT DOES THE TEEN BOARD DO?
You get to become part of an amazing group of women who are intentionally discipled! You will get to serve in the community while making connections with other non-profits in the area, help plan and contribute ideas for this year's conference, and help raise scholarships for attendees!
Do you have to be local to apply?
Yes! Applicants must be local (within 15-20 minutes) to Arlington, Texas to be able to participate in our monthly meetings, serving opportunities and other events.
How old do you have to be to apply?
You need to be an incoming sophomore, junior or senior in high school.
If I was on the board previously, do I need to reapply again this year?
Yes! Even if you were on the board in the past, you will still need to reapply this year!
Do you have to pay to apply?
Nope! Applying is free!
Do you need a letter of recommendation?
Yes! At the end of the online application you will be asked to submit two email contacts for a short letter of recommendation.
1) A church/parachurch leader + 2) A recent mentor/spiritual leader in your life
What is the time commitment?
We have a mandatory meeting once a month on Sunday evenings from September through March. In addition, we typically have one or two outreach events or fun gatherings each month. Our mentors are here to invest in you as well, and love to occasionally meet outside of these scheduled times for intentional encouragement, prayer, and spiritual growth.
How many people are on the team?
20 girls will be a part of the board. There will be so many amazing girls who apply! We intentionally keep our team small and choose girls from a variety of schools, churches and communities.
Is there also an interview process?
After applications are submitted and reviewed, you may be invited for an in-person interview.
